A Little About Me
I launched Gilpin Virtual Solutions in April 2023 after resigning from my job of almost 7 years. I took a short break to reflect and think about what was next for me. During that time, I decided to launch out on my own and forgo a typical 9-to-5 job.
So now I’m putting all my energy and ambition into finding opportunities where I can serve small businesses, non-profits, and churches. My career path has had some wild twists and turns but the constant has been my commitment to excellent work.
I couldn’t do what I do without the support of my husband Paul. We got married in 2019 and love exploring Nashville together finding new restaurants and cruising the backroads.

Julie has fantastic project management and the ability to get immersed quickly with clients! I had the pleasure of overseeing Julie for a short stint at 5by5, where she was contracted to assist with managing several web projects. She came on board with a great attitude and jumped right in. The websites ranged from the very beginning of a website build, where she held the tension of strategy and client preferences so well to the very end where she managed the final weeks of development and beta period for a multi-site before launch.
